- Your 6 Points of ID
- Your Permit (Validated)
- Licensed Driver with Valid Drivers License-NON PROVISIONAL
- Proper class vehicle with current inspection sticker, valid registration, proof of insurance card, and red decals on front and back license plate
- Vehicle MUST have center hand brake OR passenger (examiner) must have unrestricted access to foot brake**
