  • Your Permit (Validated)
  • Licensed Driver with Valid Drivers License-NON PROVISIONAL 
  • Proper class vehicle with current inspection sticker, valid registration, proof of insurance card, and red decals on front and back license plate
  • Vehicle MUST have center hand brake OR passenger (examiner) must have unrestricted access to foot brake**
